How to mount a small fan on the wall?
I have a fan similar to this one:

*except mines is black, no buttons on the bottom, and brand is "home essentials".
and i was wondering how i can mount this fan on the wall WITHOUT purchasing another fan or other materials.
You'll have to drill at least two holes in the metal plate under the base of the fan toward the rear. If you cannot remove the plate, then drill carefully so as not to damage the fans components inside the base. Match the distance between the holes you drilled with screws and anchors that you now drill into the wall. Make sure the screw heads fit into the holes in the base plate. The fans shear weight when mounted in this fashion will hold it to the wall.
